Ever notice how absurd nutritional labels have become? Candy companies sell fat free gummy bears. Really. Hey it’s accurate. Irrelevant, yet accurate.
We have legitimate “free” attributes to brag about… With the obvious exception of our Pita bread FelFel cuisine is gluten free. We’re also dairy free, soy free, cruelty free (with Certified Humane Raised and Handled meats including Grass Fed Beef, Lamb and Chicken), GMO free, preservative free, hormone free, and antibiotic free.
Our food is also naturally low in sodium & carbohydrates. Our foods are never processed or stripped of their nutrients. Our carbs are whole grain, complex carbohydrates resulting in slower absorption and the lowest possible glycemic index. There is no added sugar or syrup in any of our foods, apart from dessert.
Because we serve meats, we cannot boast of being fat free. But just as there’s “good” cholesterol and “bad” cholesterol, there’s good and bad fat. Our foods are all natural with naturally-occurring oils perfectly in balance with corresponding proteins and other nutrients.
Did we mention that the FelFel experience is hassle free, and guilt free?
To be any more “free” we’d have to start giving food away. Well yes, we do that too. We contribute to local charities. And we randomly choose favorable reviews on Yelp and Google, to be rewarded with free meals as our way of saying “thanks”.
You can even win “FREE FALAFEL FOR LIFE” at our upcoming Grand Opening, in April.
